1 Product Description
The product is perlite ore by crushing, screening from the original minerals, I can pearl sand into a variety of products manufactured according to customer needs.
2. Production process
Ore (crushing, drying) → coarse crushing crushing 20 mesh to 50 mesh (sieve) 21mm ~ 40mm (grated) → broken in 5mm (grinding and sieving) → → bagging → tailings> 50 mesh (sub level)
3 applications
(1) 8 to 12 mesh, 12 to 18 mesh, 18 to 20 mesh pearl sand through the expansion do heat insulation materials used in the construction sector;
(2) 20 to 50, 30 to 50 mesh pearl sand through the expansion as cast steel with coverage and hit slag agent or glass beads, and other insulation materials;
(3) 50 to 70 mesh pearl sand through the expansion as beer, pharmaceutical filter and oxygen cryogenic tank insulation.
